Harbor festival on 19.08.17 in the Marina Alter Hafen
On Saturday, 19.08.2017 you are cordially invited to our harbor festival in the Marina Alter Hafen. From 11 am – 6 pm, you will be served with Hamburg Labskaus and hearty suckling pig from the grill. Children’s activities will also take place. On this day you will also benefit from our special prices for canoe and motorboat hire. Regular round trips with our electric boat round off the offer for the family. On this day, the event “Faszination Technik” will be held at the Ziegeleipark Mildenberg. It is worthwhile in all cases. Yippie! The season can go off again. Quite big thanks go to our dear colleagues in Marina whom our yachts have brought again on bright lustre. Tomorrow the first yacht already goes out. Protect to yourselves one more appointment on our great boats and experience a relaxed time on the water. Our yachts may be driven, by the way, also without sports boat driving licence within, namely with a charter licence. With pleasure we construct you a non-binding offer.

Yellow Wave as a new system for boats and yachts.
The ”Yellow Wave” is a standardized information system for water-touristic offers in Germany and is awarded by the German Tourism Association since 2005, marking berths or harbours with at least two moorings.
The ”Yellow Wave” is the widely visible symbol of hospitality and service. It shows where water tourists can berth during their boat tours and what service and what attractions they can expect there. Over here you are always welcome, be it as a visiting or permanent berther.

Here are a few impressions of a channel Opening.
The photos are from opening ceremony of the channel “Langer Trödel”.
The western part of the “Finowkanal” (near Eberswalde) between Zerpenschleuse and Liebenwalde is called “Langer Trödel”. “Trödel” and also “Flut” were also designations of the first Finowkanal between the city of Liebenwalde and the river Finow (near Schöpfurt) back in 1609.
With the decommissioning and filling of the two Zerpenschleuse locks in the years 1924/1925, the “Langer Trödel” became a 10 km long impasse. The name is a pun derived from the German verbs “treideln” (towing) and “trödeln” (dawdle). After 3 years of expansion work the “Langer Trödel” is open to boat traffic again since 16th June 2016.
