With our steam locomotive LKM 127114 and a former Tonlorenzug, the journey leads through the idyllic Tonstichseenlandschaft to Burgwall. Until the early 1970s, the clay from the opencast mine was transported to the brickyard on the 630 mm track for further processing. The station is located at the Museumshafen of Ziegeleipark. Railway day in the Ziegeleipark (for children)<\/strong>
\nYou dream of driving yourself a locomotive? With us small and big railway friends have the opportunity to do so. Ready for the pass is a field train locomotive, Ns 2. Under guidance you will learn interesting about the functions of a locomotive and the recognition of a turnout image. After a big round in the park with some tasks there is a small test. Nature park tour “Railway trip through the lake landscape”<\/strong>
\nThe Ziegeleipark is embedded in a wonderful lake and cultural landscape. Do not miss this ride through the so-called “Tonstichlandschaft”. It leads through a part of the “Nature Park Uckerm\u00e4rkische Seen”. On the way you are on an original Tonlorenbahn, which is already suspended between clay pits and brickworks. Enjoy the idyllic ride. Maybe you even spot a beaver or discover orchids. Your guest guide will give you a clear explanation of how huge masses of clay have arisen and nature now regains the terrain.\u00a0By the way: On selected weekends in the year the “Tonlorenbahn” is pulled by an old, snobbish steam locomotive! Ziegeleibahn-Tour “The park at a glance”<\/strong>
\nThe tour for “Ziegeleipark-Einsteiger”! With this original railway, bricks, coal and other materials were previously transported on the site. Go on a great tour. Your guide will draw your attention to exciting things and give you valuable tips for your stay. They even drive through the building of the old “Stackebrandt Brickworks”.
